Elliott Bay Laboratory Services has been serving Northwest area laboratories and medical centers since 1985. If you need any service, please use our SERVICE REQUEST FORM to initiate a service call.

We provide support for equipment from a wide range of manufactures. Items serviced include (but are not limited to):
  • Ultra-Low Temperature Freezers -- Environmental Chambers
  • Incubators -- Autoclaves
  • Glassware Washers -- Freeze-Dryers
  • Vacuum Pumps -- Centrifuges
  • Walk-In Cold Rooms -- Histology and related instruments

Elliott Bay Laboratory Services also performs warranty repairs for over 45 US manufacturers, and works closely with local equipment dealers as part of their sales/ service networks.

In addition to repair services, Elliott Bay Laboratory Services installs new equipment (i.e. glassware washers, environmental chambers, walk-in's.), offers preventive maintenance programs, and performs calibrations and validations using National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) certified test equipment.

Our labor rates @ EBLS are as follows:

  • $300.00 minimum for all service calls at customer site (covers first two hours, plus mileage and truck charges)
  • $150.00 per hour thereafter (M-F, 7:00am to 4:30pm)
  • $262.50 per hour for after hours service call
  • $25.00 for every trip made to customer site (minimum covers first trip), for truck and mileage fees (up to 15 miles RT, .85 per mile thereafter)
  • TERMS NET 30
