Terms, Conditions & Warranties Please read all terms and conditions carefully as no exceptions will be made. We want to make sure you receive excellent service and return to us with your future laboratory equipment needs. Our terms and conditions are set forth to ensure you receive the highest quality service. Terms All customers are required to pay using a Credit Card, Wire Transfer, or COD with a Cashiers Check or Certified Check. We accept Visa®, Master Card®, Discover Card®, and American Express®. Shipping Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. Keep in mind that shipping costs are dependant upon weight/size of the item and also the shipping priority of the item. EBLS will put customer in contact with local shipping company. Crating/packaging and shipping are treated as separate transactions between customer and shipping company. Taxes Items purchased within Washington State will be taxed accordingly. Items purchased for resale will be taxed accordingly unless we receive a Certificate of Resale before the purchase is made. Items purchased outside Washington State but within the United States will not be taxed. Items purchased outside the country will be taxed. Warranty Our equipment has been tested to ensure your satisfaction. All new equipment purchased from us comes with either our 60 day warranty or the manufacturers original warranty if it is still valid. We warranty all of the refurbished equipment that we sell for sixty (60) days. Parts and labor are included in the warranty. We warranty all of the used equipment that we sell for thirty (30) days. Parts and labor are included in the warranty. If within 30 or 60 days, depending on your items particular warranty, the equipment does not perform to specification we will repair the unit, replace the unit or refund your money, depending on the specific circumstances. All used items will no longer be warranted after 30 days and no refurbished items will not be warranted after 60 days. Shipping the item back is still the responsibility of the customer and must adhere to the shipping policy stated below. The warranty is invalid in the event of abuse, improper maintenance, improper installation, improper environmental conditions, improper usage, and alterations or damage caused by improper service as determined by EBLS. EBLS Services makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. EBLS Services is not liable for loss of time and materials. The purchaser's sole remedy is limited to the stated return policy. Warranty is not transferable to a third party. Returns & Refunds EBLS Services must be contacted before a return can be made. Returns made without contacting us first will be refused upon delivery and returned to the buyer by the shipping company. If the purchaser would like to return equipment for any reason other than warranty reasons they will be allowed to do so for up to 30 days from the purchase date, but will incur a 25% restocking fee. Refunds will be made after the item is received by us and inspected to ensure that a refund is warranted because of a warranty issue. If the item is inspected and fails to fall under a warranty criteria you will be notified and charged the 25% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued by check or credit card depending upon original method of payment. Items must be returned in original packaging materials or packaged by a mutually agreed upon packaging firm and must contain all included parts and accessories. Any accessories, parts or manuals originally included in the purchase and not returned will either delay refund or you will be charged for missing items.
